Reducing pdf file size
- Say you have a large PDF file that you want to reduce the size of for the web or email.
- Open the file in Acrobat and export to post script. Make sure you pick all pages
- Open the Acrobat Distiller, choose smallest file size for the default settings
- Drag the PDF files into the Distiller – then it will create a smaller PDF
